Innovative thinking.
BengalCore has always approached software and web development from a
unique perspective. We do not churn out "cookie-cutter" web sites or
thrown-together desktop applications. Here are some of our experiences
within the wild world of software development:
- Never use a HTML editor to design your web site -
start with Photoshop, or better yet a piece of blank paper. Limitations of the editor
and assumptions by the developers will tend you toward a standardized,
industrial feel for your site.
- Being multi-lingual is a good thing -
the technologies from Microsoft named COM and .NET provide for a means of
developing components that can communicate with each without caring about
the development language. Problems often lend themselves to a particular
programming language, so being able to pick and choose based on the problem
results in the most efficient solution possible.
- Component development strategies can reap big rewards for your business -
by designing generic, reusable software components your company begins to build
a library of functionality for future projects.
- Learn and then do -
the developers at BengalCore have been through training at Microsoft,
DevelopMentor, Learning Tree and others. We then build upon that training
through work experience. Building a solid base of knowledge is always a
worthwhile undertaking.
